Dr. Kimberly Watson
Dr. Kimberly Watson knew at an early age she would be happiest helping others through a career in the healthcare field. A New Jersey native, she attended Gettysburg College, where she played field hockey and lacrosse and excelled in school. During this time Dr. Watson developed a strong interest in Chiropractic medicine. After graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, she was accepted to the prestigious National College of Chiropractic, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic as well as a certification in Acupuncture. Dr. Watson later earned a Masters Degree in Pastoral Studies at Loyola University, New Orleans.
Watson Chiropractic Center was launched in Apopka in July of 1986 and continued to grow, leading to a second office with an orthopedic group at Orlando Regional Healthcare. In August 2002, the new home of Watson Chiropractic was opened on SR 434 in Longwood. It is big enough to invite other healthcare providers who share the vision of providing the very best service to our community.
Very active in her local, professional and church communities, Dr. Watson has served as President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Central Florida Chiropractic Society and chaired the Ethics Committee of the Florida Chiropractic Association for 5 terms. She has been recognized for her leadership and moral character and has received a number of awards for her service within her profession.
Dr. Watson has been married to Jeff Cuddeback since 1986 and is a National and World champion rower. She also enjoys traveling, riding horses, practicing yoga, playing pickleball and reading.
For over 34 years Dr. Watson has viewed her chiropractic practice as a vocation and has been honored to serve her patients. She considers herself blessed with great family, patients, employees, friends, health and opportunities.
Dr. Kyle Pitstick

Dr. Kyle Pitstick was born in Ohio but grew up in Central Florida. He played most competitive sports growing up but enjoyed Baseball the most. Dr. Kyle developed an interest in science and math from an early age. In high school he knew early on that a job in the healthcare industry was in his future. His sophomore year he met his first Chiropractor and fell in love with the profession. After High School his next step was a biology degree from the University of Central Florida, where his love and desire to become a Chiropractor grew even more. After graduation from UCF he was accepted into Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, where he graduated in 2016.
Following his graduation from Palmer College of Chiropractic he found an associate job in Auburndale, Florida. This is where he developed his skills in office management and patient care. He also took this time to further his education in soft tissue techniques including kinesiology taping, instrument assisted soft tissue techniques, active release technique, and cupping. Over the next three years he took on more responsibilities and determined that it was time for him to move on from Auburndale Chiropractic and look for a new opportunity.
Dr. Kyle married his wife Faezeh in May of 2018, they both enjoy traveling and exploring new things. When away from the practice Dr. Kyle enjoys being outdoors, seeing new places with his wife, and watching his favorite sports team Chelsea FC.
Our Staff

Rose Ann Eriov
Rose Ann lived in New Jersey until moving to Florida with her family in 1994. Prior to joining the team at Watson Chiropractic Center she was a regional sales manager for a major retailer and later worked as a dental assistant.
Rose Ann has been married to Bill for 33 years. They have two wonderful sons Will and Rob. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and spending time at the beach.

Beverly Johnson
Beverly joined the therapy staff at Watson Chiropractic in 2016. It is important to her to help her patients feel their best! Beverly and her husband, Blaine, moved to Longwood in 2008 and have three daughters and one son.
Beverly enjoys being involved in her church and her children’s schools and activities. She loves music, is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and loves watching her kids play lacrosse and tennis at Lake Brantley High School.

Linda Richter
Linda is excited to be a part of the Watson Chiropractic family. She enjoys helping patients achieve their wellness goals, while making them feel welcome and comfortable.
Linda and her husband Jeff met at UCF and have been married for 32 years. They have three children. Favorite pastimes include yoga, gardening, travel, and time with family and friends.

Laura Park
Laura joined Watson Chiropractic as a therapist in 2020 after being a long-time patient and experiencing the high level of care Dr. Watson provides. She enjoys taking care of her patients and helping them with their care.
Laura was born and raised in Seminole County, Florida and has lived in Longwood for the past 29 years. A graduate of Lake Brantley High School, she went on to earn a BS, magna cum laude, from UCF in Health Services Administration. She has been working in the health care industry for 23 years. Her former job was data manager for an HIV/AIDS grant funded program servicing clients in central Florida.
Laura is active and enjoys water and outdoor activities like paddle boarding, fishing, and beach time. She also enjoys playing ping pong, corn hole and darts with friends. She has a love of travel and especially enjoyed Japan and Indonesia.

Jeff Cuddeback
Jeff Cuddeback is Dr. Kimberly Watson’s husband. They met in college and have been married for 33 years. Jeff has been an integral member of the Watson Chiropractic Center since its founding in 1986. He assists Dr. Watson in all aspects of running her office and especially enjoys helping with patient flow and therapy. Jeff is a World Class Elite Triathlete and has completed over 300 races since 1983. He is a 5 time World Champion, including 3 age group victories at the Hawaiian Ironman World Championships, the most prestigious triathlon in the world. Jeff also is a three time USA National Champion and has twice been named USA National Triathlete of the year. Jeff is President of Triple Fitness Training, Inc., a personalized coaching company for the endurance athlete specializing in triathlon. He received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Gettysburg College, a Master’s of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a Masters of Arts in Exercise Physiology; both from the University of Central Florida. He and Dr. Watson have two adult daughters, Maris and Corinne.
